Strategic alliance with Vendo Company and name-change to Vendo de Mexico.

Acquired by Cerveceria Moctezuma.


1981

Vendo’s service division, REPARE, begins operations.


1985

Vendo de Mexico and REPARE are incorporated into FEMSA as part of the Cuauhtemoc – Moctezuma merger.


1999

Inauguration of Vendo de Mexico’s new facilities in San Juan del Rio, Queretaro.


2003

Vendo de Mexico acquires Friomix in Colombia.


2009

Launch of Imbera and Imbera Servicios as a new corporate image, replacing the Vendo de Mexico and REPARE brands, respectively. Imbera Servicios begins operations in Colombia and Argentina.


2010

Inauguration of the Imbera plant in Brazil, with Imbera Services also beginning operations in this nation.


2011

Imbera’s first exports outside the Americas.


2012

Imbera Services begins operations in Panama.


2013

Imbera was recognized by the Coca-Cola Company as the provider that delivered the most value to their world-wide operations in 2012.


2014

Inauguration of the Imbera Services Manufacturing Center in Mexico, D.F. The Coca-Cola Company recognizes Imbera as its Global Supplier of the Year.


2016

Imbera creates an strategic alliance with Innochill in South Africa.
